The transformation of the former Headquarters of the Baptist Church to a luxury boutique hotel. The project scope comprised of building the new mansard roof extension, repairs to all existing timber joisted floors plus the refurbishment of existing windows and upgrading to Fire and Acoustic performance criteria, including refurbishment, and restoring works to surround panelling. A critical requirement of the Client was to ensure new fabric was in-keeping in terms of profiles and materials, although challenging this requirement was successfully executed.
