Providing a residential refurbishment and high-end fit out service to some of the most exclusive residential properties, Miller Contracts can provide a full comprehensive design service inclusive of structural alterations, ground works, light to heavy refurbishment, temporary works, mechanical and electrical services and external brick and stone installation. We are well-versed in overcoming the challenges that can be present with residential refurbishments.
The final finish is what people notice. Our specialist teams are highly skilled in working with stonework and ceramics, fibrous plasterwork, partitions and ceilings, decoration, upholstery, wall and floor finishes and carpentry and joinery.
Bespoke Joinery

Using the client’s vision, our expert Design Development team will produce working drawings inclusive of a material cutting schedule and the necessary CNC programme coding, enabling our joiners and machinists to seamlessly produce craftsmanship of the utmost quality. Our bespoke joinery workshop is able to produce the necessary range of samples & mockups, delivered at the required finish, in order to give our clients a full sense of the finished item.
In addition we can produce bespoke joinery items for residential and fit-out projects in a variety of materials and can procure specialist services through our established collaborative partnerships, including metal workers, stone masons and upholsterers.
The design development process takes into consideration project value engineering where required, design aesthetics, material, construction methods and specification. Throughout each stage of construction our designated workshop manager will undertake a comprehensive QA review of each item, carefully inspecting the finishes. As well as ensuring each item is carefully protectively packaged or delivered, alongside our necessary specific instructions, drawings and fittings.
